RECRUITMENT GUIDES

For those new to campus or not, joining Greek life is a wonderful opportunity to build meaningful relationships, participate in philanthropic events that make a real impact, and take on leadership roles that help you grow personally and professionally. Although recruitment can feel intimidating at first, Loyola’s Recruitment Guides (often called RGs) will be alongside you throughout the entire process to answer questions, ease concerns, and offer an encouraging, supportive presence. Recruitment Guides are dedicated, selfless women who temporarily step away (or disaffiliate) from their chapters to help potential new members navigate recruitment and find their home within the Panhellenic community. They lead with enthusiasm, sincerity, and genuine care to ensure a smooth and exciting recruitment experience. Potential new members will be assigned to a Recruitment Guide group once they have registered for recruitment and have attended Kickoff. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions big or small regarding Recruitment Guides or the application process!
