RECRUITMENT GUIDES

For those new to campus, joining Greek life is a great opportunity to form meaningful relationships, participate in philanthropic events, and take on more responsibility in leadership positions. Recruitment can be a daunting process, but Loyola’s Recruitment Guides will be alongside you during your journey to assist with any questions or concerns you may have. Recruitment Guides are a group of wonderful, selfless women who have chosen to temporarily step away from their chapters to help all potential new members go through recruitment to find their home in the Panhellenic community. They lead with enthusiasm, sincerity, and are here to ensure a smooth recruitment experience. Potential new members will be assigned to a Recruitment Guide group once they have registered for recruitment and attend Kickoff.
